The role:

· Set and ensure technical standards are met

· Ensure code quality for the entire project

· Deliver a game with fantastic gameplay

· Mentor, train, and manage the software team like the top professional you are

· Allocate roles and resources

Skills and experience required:

· One AAA title released as a Senior or Lead

· C++ expert

· Unreal Engine 4 experience

· A good leader who inspires

· Great communication skills

· PC game experience essential

· Current generation console experience very helpful

· EU work permit essential
