SENIOR ENGINE CODER X2 (CORE ENGINE) - London

Our client is looking to add to its family of permanent staff. We are looking for an exceptionally talented senior programmer who is ready for the challenge of producing a AAA title on the next generation platforms. This role will involve working with our core engine team to support our tools, engine features and low-level systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the productive use of our engines and its best practices across the studio.
- Work closely with the Lead Engine Programmer to plan improvements to our engine and tools.
- Implement engine features to a high quality.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced understanding in C/C++.
- Unreal Engine 3 or 4 experience a big advantage.
- Experience in developing one or more of the following: level editor, particle editor, art tool plugins, build tools.
- An advanced understanding of the main gaming platforms and the requirements needed to develop software on them.
- Worked on at least 1 published title.
- A good understanding of computer graphics and game technology principles.
- Experience with network code an advantage.
- A demonstrable willingness to develop software engineering process and game production skills.
