Our client islooking for a Lead Developer to work in Unreal 4 for an undisclosed AAA title.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor anddrive the quality of the programming team

Rationalise thechallenges and delegate to the team

Complex systemcreation, from conception to resolution

Communicateeffectively to the immediate team and across levels and disciplines

Requirements

At least 4 yearsgames industry experience

At least 3 years ofthat in console programming

At least 2 shippedtitles, of which 1 a large-scale game project

Demonstrableabilities: team leading/working, driving standards and delivering to timescale

Experienced with:de-bugging, 3D math, C#, C++

Experience with assetpipelines processing large-scale data sets
