Our client is a cross platform developer based in Scandinavia. We seek a proven lead programmer to push our business forward into AAA development.

Responsibilities

- Take the role as Lead Programmer / CTO (Senior)
- Finding and hiring more programmers while we expand
- Coach new talents to grow as programmers
- Come up with creative ideas for games and project

Essentials

- 10+ years of experience in the business
- Several AAA games on their resume
- Have a strong leadership character
- Have a strong opinion and do not be afraid to speak your mind, as they willbe in charge of developing large franchises and internal development of new IPsand concepts
- We are looking for a partner in the studio expansion, so you need to beself-powered
- Need to be able to anticipate the needs of people around them

Desirable

- Project management or production knowledge/experience.

Salary and relocation package is opento negotiation depending on your skills and experience
