ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a driven and data-savvy Performance Marketing / UA Manager to join our fast-growing team in the real money gaming space. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of paid media who is eager to deepen their expertise in one of digital marketing's most performance-focused verticals. You'll work across paid social, programmatic,and search channels to acquire high-value players across US-regulated markets, optimising every dollar of spend for maximum return.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
▸ Plan, launch, and optimise paid user acquisition campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs, with a focus on US real money gaming audiences.
▸ Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily, using KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, and retention rates to guide optimisation decisions.
▸ Collaborate with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative — including static, video, and playable formats.
▸ Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, bids, and landing pages to continuously improve funnel performance.
▸ Manage campaign budgets responsibly, ensuring accurate pacing and spend allocation in line with targets.
▸ Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
▸ Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and regulatory changes affecting real money gaming advertising in the US.
▸ Support compliance reviews to ensure all campaigns meet state-level and platform-level advertising standards for gaming.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid media, or user acquisition — in-house preferred.
▸ Proven experience running campaigns on at least two of the following: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads,or programmatic platforms.
▸ Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one analytics or BItool (e.g. Looker, Tableau, or similar).
▸ Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular is a plus.
▸ Understanding of the US real money gaming landscape — including iGaming, sports betting, or online casino — is highly desirable.
▸ Knowledge of US state-level gaming regulations and platform advertising policies is a bonus, but not essential.
▸ A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in afully remote environment.
▸ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally.
NICE TO HAVE
▸ Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer-driven UA within gaming or fintech.
▸ Exposure to CRM tools and lifecycle marketing to support player retention strategies.
▸ Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying is a bonus.
