This leading independent studio based in the in Midlands is looking for a licencing executive to working in our growing marketing and publishing department.  You will:

• negotiate and secure license deals
• Ensure our games maintain their originality and remain authentic 
• Encompass our partner brands
• Be fully compliant with all the legal and commercial obligations 
• Act as liaison between the games development team and the license-holders products;
• Be fastidious and have a sharp eye for detail
• Manage key relationships both internal and external including reporting

What will you do?

• Obtain Licensing approvals across projects
• Research and secure permissions/negotiate contracts (for in-game assets) as well as drafting budgets.
• Coordinate Licensing data transfer and approvals, and ensuring accuracy is maintained.
• Work with the external legal team.
• Source & build licensing and research contacts network and share with Team.
• Deal with requests for technical and statistical research information
• Obtain quote and coordinate external workforce as and when needed
• Licencing experience preferred 
• Law background a bonus
