Our client is looking for an experienced Games Designer with a broad breadth of experience in games and platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver results to brief and to schedule

Contribute imaginative ideas to the conceptualisation of the game design and its sources

Consult, coordinate and inspire the design team

Iterate the design journal and steer the progress in step with the Lead

Research the design content, gameplay and current game trends, and disseminate to all development teams

Coordinate testing with QA Leads, and mastermind fixes

Maintain game balance, staying true to the design’s vision

Requirements

At least 4 years relevant experience

At least 1 title worked the complete cycle

In-depth understanding of development process, researching and game mechanisms

Avid gamer with knowledge of historic and new games, including MMO’s, across platforms

Skilled office management

Good communicator in English
