We're looking for a skilled Game Designer who loves building fun, accessible games and knows how to craft player experiences that resonate with US audiences. You'll work across new and existing titles, blending thoughtful design with rapid prototyping, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

You'll collaborate with teams across disciplines to explore concepts, test assumptions, and push features forward — always keeping player experience, market relevance, and audience trends front of mind.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead design on new games and features with a clear focus on the US market
• Ensure that content and mechanics feel authentic and appealing to US players
• Turn ideas into prototypes quickly and get them into testing early
• Own the full feature lifecycle, from initial concept through to live release
• Build and manage A/B testing frameworks to evaluate and refine player experience
• Use data and player feedback to iterate and improve outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of our product ecosystem and build on it meaningfully
• Actively contribute to product discussions and constructively challenge thinking when needed
• Produce clear, concise design documentation that keeps teams aligned and moving efficiently

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience designing casual or mobile games with a focus on the US market
• Strong grasp of US player behaviour, expectations, and emerging trends
• Proven experience in prototyping, R&D, and exploring new game mechanics
• A hands-on approach with the ability to quickly create testable prototypes, including using AI tools
• Solid experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation
• Comfort using data and KPIs to guide decisions around engagement, retention, and monetisation
• Experience taking features from early concept to launch
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with product, design, and engineering teams
• Clear communication and the ability to articulate design decisions and trade-offs confidently
