Our client is an independent developer of online PC shooter games. We are looking for a remote Lead Operations Manager.

Your Loadout

Must-Have:

• 5+ years in live game operations, with 3+ focused on FPS/TPS titles or battle royales.

• Launched and scaled at least one shooter earning $4M+ per month.

• Deep command of game health metrics—K/D ratios, session curves, battle pass funneling.

• Tactical understanding of FPS player psychology: what drives their grind, what makes them rage-quit, what gets them to spend.

• Proven wins: 30%+ DAU growth through content updates, anti-cheat partnerships (e.g., BattlEye, Easy Anti-Cheat).

• Strong esports ecosystem ties: You know the streamers, the teams, the sponsors, and the brands (Logitech, Razer, etc.).

Bonus XP:

• Fluent in English with experience launching titles in Western or Southeast Asian markets.

• Hardcore FPS player at heart—VALORANT, CoD, Apex Legends are your stomping grounds.
