We're on the lookout for a Product Manager – Revenue, who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and user experience. 🎮 Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Take full ownership of core revenue metrics like ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, conversion, retention, churn, and in-game spending—and keep a sharp eye on how they move.
- Build and steer a revenue roadmap that aligns with business goals while delivering joyful and sustainable player experiences.
- Hunt for new monetization opportunities across current titles and upcoming releases—and turn insights into action.
- Launch innovative pricing strategies, engaging promotions, and value-driven monetization features that delight players and drive growth.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate your hypotheses and iterate based on real-time data and performance.
- Translate complex player behavior and economic trends into clear, actionable product strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and UX pros to design, prioritize, and ship monetization features and improvements.
- Be the driving force behind Live Ops—designing and managing time-limited events, special offers, seasonal bundles, and other revenue-boosting campaigns.
- Analyze what’s working (and what’s not) in your live ops initiatives and make data-backed adjustments quickly.
- Partner closely with Marketing, UA, Data Science, Game Design, Engineering, and Support to align strategies and hit your targets.
- Communicate performance updates and plans clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
🔍 What You Bring to the Game:
- 3+ years in a product management role with a strong focus on monetization and revenue, ideally in the Real Money Gaming OR F2P gaming space.
- A strong record of improving key revenue metrics like ARPU and LTV through smart strategies and sharp execution.
- A deep toolkit of monetization models—whether it’s IAP, ads, subscriptions, or pay-to-play—and a sense for when to use which.
- Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation systems.
- A data-first mindset with the ability to convert complex insights into straightforward decisions.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts—especially in areas like personalization, churn reduction, and pricing optimization—is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration chops—you know how to bring cross-functional teams together and rally them around a common goal.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and moving fast in an evolving environment.
- A proactive attitude and high ownership—you take charge, dive deep, and make things happen.
- A team player who lifts others up and helps the entire crew level up.
