This 3rd party studio based in the South West of China is looking for a Creative Director/Lead Designer.  

You will be:

• Managing a team of 4-8 designers across multiple concurrent projects 
• The go-between from Producer to Client
• Preparing design briefs for clients
• Reporting to the Executive Producer
• Working with a multidisciplinary team incl. Art Director, TD and Producer
• Scheduling projects
• Providing client feedback
• Reporting and giving daily feedback to the Design Team

Who you are

• 4+ years with complete design life cycle experience with at least 2+ released console titles under your belt
• Knowledge of other key areas including art, audio, programming, animation...is a bonus
• English speaking
