We are working with one of the top tier VR studios in the world based in Amsterdam and they are currently looking for a Lead game designer to showcase their VR and AR games and applications. 

What will you do?

• Collaborate with art, tech and production to ensure the highest quality product is delivered
• Co-operate in the overall planning of a project and you are proficient and dedicated in organizing and planning
• Look ahead, investigate and introduce new techniques and methodologies
• Anticipate on technical and systemic issues and the effects of such issues on other teams or projects
• Handle and mentor your team members, inspire and motivate them

What skills do you need to have?

• Previous experience as a lead in AR and VR game designer
• Unreal and Blueprint
• 8+ years of game industry experience
• English speaking

Plusses:

• UI/UX design
• Narrative design
• Technical game design
• Previous shipped VR or AR products
• Understanding of design tools and pipelines
