Our client is a world-class AAA developer of standout RPG titles launched to critical acclaim. With recent successes and expansion on their mind, they now seek an accomplished Producer to head up their Dialogue department and realise their next generation of RPG hits at their Netherlands-based studio.


Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Cinematic Producer, monitor budgets, track assets and ensure appropriate resource distribution across departments, taking an active part in flagging risks, chasing impediments
• Mitigate co-dependencies between Audio, Narrative and Living World departments, keeping in constant communication
• Arrange reviews and process feedback by partners
• Coordinate in-house MoCaP shoots, organising casting sessions, rehearsals and recording sessions
• Handle paperwork for sessions, work orders, and talent contracts as necessary

• At least 3 years' game industry experience in equivalent role, with direct experience in vendor management roles
• Experience with MoCap and Dialogue session co-ordination and familiarity with requirements for industry-standard content acquisition
• Deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to discern and implement the correct approach demanded in a dynamic development environment that is flexible to revision and iteration
• Relentless attention to detail, excellent communicator across all levels and proficient in Excel, with a proven record of solutions to complex production problems
