Responsibilities:

· Negotiate favourable contracts;to secure good terms, rates, and talents;

· Maintain and cultivate long-termpositive vendor relationship;

· Coordinate with internalstakeholders and help shepherd the internal processes forward to keepproduction running smoothly without interruptions;

· Track status of art assets,including making sure supporting materials required for production is properlyprepared, communicated, understood, and followed externally;

· Assist external projectmanagers in the creation and execution of art schedules and resource plans;

Requirements:

· Knowledgeable of art contentproduction pipelines; from ideas, briefs, workflows, and team dependenciesetc.;

· At least 5 years prior gameindustry experience including direct experience with outsourcing and vendormanagement;

· Ambitious and relentlesslyfocused on high-quality, high-fidelity results;

· Comfortable in an ambiguous anddynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if neededto improve the game;

· Master of both agile andwaterfall production methods, able to discern which approach to take based onthe situation;
