Responsibilities

Directing the art team for the studio’s racing titles

Support the Leads in fulfilling the artistic vision

Critiquing and project management, including budget, skills allocation and scheduling

Recruitment and training for the art team

Requirements

At least 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 as Art Director

At least 2 projects worked complete cycle as Art Director

Demonstrable prowess leading teams internally and with external partners

Fastidious in work delivery

Avid gamer

Good communicator in English
