Our client is a multi-award winning studio that has excelled cross-platform, in many genres of games for all age groups, maintaining a consistently high meta-critic rating. To sustain their steady expansion they are looking for an extremely brilliant and driven Lead Artist to drive the art creation on upcoming AAA titles.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver all aspects of the art on a new AAA project

Supervise all the art disciplines, and assist production with estimates and scheduling

With the Art Director, push the visual quality and standards as high as possible

Requirements

At least 3 AAA titles worked the complete cycle

Experience of leading teams

Confident utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and mentoring those less experienced

Portfolio demonstrating prowess in the field, a broad range of talents, exceptional and individual artistry
