Responsibilities

Lead the various disciplines of concept, 3D, and UI artists, keeping their vision focused

It’s as much a hands-on role as management of the timeline and quality of the output

Develop the team by hiring, mentoring and liaising with the other studio Directors

Requirements

Many years of Art Direction under your belt

Experience in the RPG sector as well as AAA games

Good communicator in English, with the ability to speak across levels

Excellence across the art disciplines, including animation, demonstrated in portfolio and showreel
