  • Stay plugged into digital trends, gaming memes, and platform formats
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and influencers to drive campaigns
  • Optimize content for SEO and measure its performance — creativity meets strategy

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a data-driven and creative User Acquisition Manager with deep experience in the casual gaming space. The ideal candidate is basedin Turkey or Europe and has a proven track record managing large-scalemarketing budgets — $500K to $1M+ monthly — with a strong focus on the US market.

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, andoptimizing UA campaigns across major ad networks to drive high-quality user growth at a low cost per acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and scale UA campaigns across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Unity, and other key networks.
  • Manage marketing budgets of $500K–$1M+ with a strong performance focus.
  • Optimize campaigns toward ROAS, CPI, and CAQ targets, especially for the US market.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and product teams to design and test high-performing ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign data, A/B test strategies, and report on performance insights regularly.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Work with BI tools to track and report key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Based in Turkey or Europe.
  • 3 to 20 years of experience in mobile UA, ideally with a casual or hybrid-casual gaming focus.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale UA budgets ($500K–$1M+ per month).
  • Proven success achieving low CAQ in the US market.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Strong analytical skills with a performance marketing mindset.
  • Experience in the US market is essential
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer UA campaigns or organic growth tactics.
  • Previous background in game production or creative testing.
  • Fluent in English; Turkish a plus.
